Was off to a rough start with the quote taking forever and I was severely disappointed but Arnold (owner) got in touch with me, understood my requirements, offered to make the unit and send it to me no charge and if I liked it then I could pay otherwise send it back to them. There is lots of choice and I had the option of laser-ing the logo of my choice onto the product.
Each unit is made to order, and throughout the whole ordering and manufacturing process I was continuously kept up to date and was shown samples and given every choice.
